What are your weaknesses?
My greatest weakness is seeking perfect at anything. Sometimes this weakness can problems for me. When I dint give attention to my weakness that can cause time lose so I need work faster to close any possible late

How do you handle stress, pressure, and anxiety?

“I feel that sometimes pressure can be a good thing, working under pressure has taught me how to prioritize and balance my workload. I once had three very important assignments due the same week, but I completed each assignment on time because I meticulously organized and planned how I would tackle each project.Because of my planning and prioritization, I was able to avoid stress altogether.”

Are you a team player?

I have served as both a team leader and a team contributor, so I'm extremely comfortable working in a team environment. Regardless of the role I'm put in, I utilize my reliability, communication skills, positive attitude and outgoing personality so that I can become a key contribute

Describe your ability to work under pressure?

Pressure is very important to me. Good pressure—such as having many assignments or an upcoming deadline—helps me to stay motivated and productive. Of course, there are times when too much pressure can lead to stress. However, I'm very skilled at balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines; this ability prevents me from feeling overly stressed. For example, I once had three large projects due in the same week, and that was a lot of pressure. However, because I created a schedule that detailed how I would break down each project into small assignments, I managed to complete all three projects ahead of time

What are your expectations from the company?

I have severals career goals that I wanr to achieve. The first career goal is to gain employment with your company, to get up to speed in the role quickly, and to become a productive and trustworthy employee. My second career goal is that I want to learn and develop in the role. I plan to undertake and complete internal training development courses that will allow me to be a consistent high performer. Another one of my career goals is that I want to eventually gain promotion within your company. I want to build a long term ccareer with your company and I believe I can eventually progress to a higher level.,

Is there anything which makes you different from other candidates?

There are several things stands that make me stand out from other candidates. First and foremost I am a result driven person. Now most people go to work and just do their jobs. I am different I always ask myself the questions what can I do to help company grow what can I do to help the company increase sales and what can I do to continually improve and enhance my own performance so everything I do in this role will be focused on helping your company achieve consistent good result the other thing that makes me stand out from other candidates is the fact that I am the type of person who always takes ownership of difficult challenges and problems so if things go wrong in your company I will take it upon myself to try and resolve it I will assess the situation and I will always come up with a solution that`s in the best interests of your company

What is the success for you?

I define success simply as doing great job for company now we spend a lot of tiem at work and if I can help my employer be successful I will be successful too. We all gonna earn a decent salary, that then rubs off onto other areas of our lives including being able to do the things we want to do, buy the things we like and most importantly supporting the family we love
