One activity that left me feeling extremely tired was my two-hour workout, which
included pull-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups. It was afitnessregimenI had recently adopted to getintoshape and buildsomemuscles.
On the first day, I decided to do these
exercises non-stop for the entire two hours. I was determined topushmylimitsandsee how far I could go. First, I did 20 push-ups, and I felt absolutely great. Then, I moved on to 20 pull-ups, and I started to feel a little tired. Next, I immediately began doing 50 sit- ups. This is where I made a mistake. I
shouldn'thavetaken a break; I should have started doing sit-upsgently. I vividly
remember that as I kept doing sit-ups, my
muscles were trembling, I hadnoenergyleftinmybody, and I could barely catch my
breath. I had certainly exceeded my limits.
This experience taught me a valuable lesson about controling my intensity during
workouts. The next day, I decided to take a different approach. I began my workout with a gentlewarm-up and then proceeded to do
the exercises. This time, I focused on quality over quantity, doing each exercise slowly and mindfully, makingsure not topushmyselftoohard.
