I’m very much into watching movies and if it were up to me I’d spend all day long binge watching my favorite movies or tv series. And there are movies which I’ve watched several times just because I can relate to the story in the movie or I just appreciate the acting in them.
One such Movie is called ’Good Will Hunting’. The movie came out in the 90s but still appeals to many people to this day because of the universal message behind it. The story is a touching tale of a rebellious young man will hunting, who struggles to find his identity living in a world where he can solve any problem, except the one brewing deep within himself.
Will hunting is a young genius who works as a janitor at MIT and one day he solves in difficult math problem, and is discovered by a professor in the university, and the professor starts to take care of him. The professor, even hires a personal therapist to help him get his life together, because Will Hunting has problems with alcohol consumption, and he often gets into a fight with strangers and he also has difficulties maintaining his relationships with people around him. But these therapies do not work mainly because I will hunting himself doesn’t want any help.
I don’t want to spoil the movie too much but whenever I watch this movie, I feel motivated, and I find a new desire to continue whatever that I’m doing.

Describe a time when you made a complaint
Well, in general, I don’t like to complain because most of the time it’s useless, even when I receive bad service in a café or restaurant, making a complaint is the last thing I want to do because I believe that mistakes happen and people who make those mistakes are not perfect and I actually tried to sympathize with them. But when I get treated badly or if I see people being treated badly repeatedly then I’ll try to change something by complaining about it a little.
Such an event took place just last month. So the thing is there’s a local restaurant which I frequently order food from because the prices are really good, and the quality of the food that they deliver is great. The problem is, however, recently I started noticing that they are constantly late to deliver my orders. At the beginning, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking it could be traffic or something else. Because they were like 5-10 minutes late, which was not a big deal of course but then It started getting worse as they kept being late for like 20-30 minutes and one day they even forgot to bring my food and this is when I lost my patience, and I had no choice but to make a complaint to their manager.
So I talked with their manager on the phone for like five minutes and explain the situation. Of course I tried to be as polite as I could be. And the manager sounded like a very reasonable person and understanding, and he even apologized in a very polite manner. And after that for some time, I didn’t even order food from that restaurant but then thinking they fixed the problem I started ordering again and yes, there was no problem after that.
