There will be separate charges for receipt of the JAC by either electronic or published formats and for the receipt of any other subscription-based benefits as may be available from time to time. The subscription or fee for receipt of the Journal or subscription-based benefits shall be notified to members each year and the level of fees and subscriptions reviewed and agreed by Council from time to time.

17 A member who is in arrears with the fee or subscription charged will be notified in writing, by either email or letter, that they are in arrears and will be notified of the date by which the arrears must be paid.

18 Failure to pay the arrears will result in the Society ceasing access to electronic copies of the JAC and cancellation of printed copies of the JAC.

19 In circumstances described in paragraph 18 above the Member will remain a Member of the Society but will not receive JAC.
