The Project Implementation Unit has installed a separate module in the existing accounting software for managing 
the accounting and financial reporting of the project within 60 days from project effectiveness

Commitment Plan, in a manner acceptable to the World Bank.

The Additional Event of Suspension consist of the following, namely that the Legislation of the Agency for the 
Implementation of Projects in the field of Agroindustry and Food Security (UZAIFSA) has been amended, 
suspended, abrogated, repealed or waived so as to affect materially and adversely the ability of the UZAIFSA to 
perform any of its obligations under the Legal Agreements.

be entered into between the Ministry of Finance, the Agency for the Implementation of 
Projects in the field of Agroindustry and Food Security, and each Participating Financial 
Institution pursuant to Section "Subsidiary Loan Agreements" of the Legal Agreements
