CONCLUSION


Formation speech skills student primary schools at studying English language is impossible without providing pedagogical conditions that include new technologies in education, and the order of mastering skills aimed at developing oral speech also plays an important role.
The use of the above methods will not only activate the speech apparatus and create a favorable microclimate, but will also have a comprehensive positive impact on the comprehensive development of the child: obtaining local history knowledge, developing critical thinking and creative potential, expanding horizons and vocabulary, developing communication skills in frontal work, creating incentive to improve your English language skills and much more.
Thus, communicative and competency-based approaches to the implementation of schoolchildren in speech implementation should be recognized and taken into account as leading conceptual foundations. one of the results of nurq education of schoolchildren should be the formation of a certain level of speech competence, which is manifested in the full and meaningful communi - cation abilities of children. This result can be achieved through the use of various technologies, methods and forms of teaching the dialogical and monological speech of young students, lexical, syntactic and orthoepic literacy. However, different technologies, methods, methods and forms of education should not be goals in themselves. Their use and unification should be subject to the content and purpose of pedagogical interaction, in this regard - the formation of the speech ability of Primary School students.
