Introduction:
The motivational aspects of modern management, which leaders have always known, are gaining importance. Motivating employees is the main means of ensuring optimal use of resources, mobilizing existing personnel department... The main goal of the motivation process is the maximum use of available labor resources, which allows you to increase the overall performance and profitability of the enterprise.
Human resource management includes many components. Among them: personnel policy, team relations, social and psychological aspects of management. The key place is to determine ways to increase efficiency, ways to grow creative initiative, as well as motivate and encourage employees.
If an effective motivation model is not developed, no management system will work effectively, because motivation motivates a certain person and the team as a whole to achieve personal and collective goals.
The purpose of my work is to determine the theoretical basis of the concept of "motivation", determine the methods and principles of motivation and consider them on the example of the Walt Disney Corporation.
There are many motivational trends, from which the concept of motivation is formed, and to one degree or another, it is characteristic of each individual. Unfortunately, there is no clear and generally accepted definition of the concept of motivation. Different authors define motivation according to their point of view. For example, G.G. Zaitsev comes across the following definition: "Motivation is motivation for the active activity of individuals, teams, groups associated with the desire to satisfy certain needs."
From the point of view of B.Yu Serbinsky: "Motivation drives people to action."
In my opinion, the concept of motivation is more widely revealed, the following definition of E.A. Utkin: "Motivation is a state of a person that determines the level of activity and direction of actions of a person in a specific situation."
