Purpose: It consists of cross-research and scientific analysis of explicit and implicit features of politeness in written speech culture of English and Uzbek languages.
Research methods:conceptual analysis method, component analysis method, linguistic experiment method, linguistic description method, comparative, as well as semantic and functional analysis methods.
The obtained results and their novelty: - when studying the category of politeness from the point of view of linguistics, its implicit and explicit features are determined;
- in researching explicit and implicit forms of politeness in English and Uzbek written speech etiquette, its phraseological features, morphological characteristics and syntactic features were deeply analyzed based on e-mail correspondence;
- the role of politeness strategies in writing emails was determined through the collected factual materials;
- politeness expressions and sentence frames in e-mails were divided into positive and negative types and analyzed.
In this dissertation work, a contrastive study of explicit and implicit features of politeness in written speech culture of English and Uzbek languages, a number of materials were collected, scientifically and practically interpreted, based on their functional and pragmatic - Necessary recommendations for conducting cultural analyzes have been developed. The linguistic status of the theory and practice of conducting these analyzes is revealed in detail.
