The Chairman welcomed the committee and introduced Marty Matsen, the new supervisor in CPD and JLUS project facilitator.
The meeting notes from August 9, 2013 were reviewed and approved.
Ms.Bailey, the representative for the Planning Board, stepped out of the meeting before a presentation by Mr. Louis Glickfield for a project that could potentially come before the Board.
Mr. Glickfield, and his associates Mr. Adel Nur and Ms. Lynn Knight, gave a presentation for a proposed project. At the conclusion of the presentation, the Chair informed Mr. Glickfield that this matter would be taken under advisement.
