 What is Critical Thinking?
What do we mean by humanity, what qualities 
should such a person have? Humanity is to love a person, to 
show him kindness, to share goodness, to honor a person. 
Humanism ("man" - Arabic ;, "parvar" - Persian-Tajik; "lik" 
- Uzbek - care for people, humanism) is also a struggle for 
the full manifestation of human dignity, freedom, abilities, 
human happiness, equality means striving to ensure a just 
life. When raising children in the spirit of humanity, first of 
all, if we bring them up well from an early age in a family 
environment, children will certainly look at life in a 
completely different way. When raising children, it is 
important to talk to them in the child's language, saying 
every word gently, which indicates that the child will 
quickly absorb the information they receive. It is necessary 
to be very careful when communicating with them. Because 
they are very imitative. 
Developments in children are 
taking place in the family and in the eyes of each of us 
today, most of whom learn what they have seen and heard 
from the age of one and a half to two years, and absorb them 
immediately. The child receives upbringing not only from 
the family, but also more from a preschool institution. Along 
with the family, pre-school educational institutions also play 
an important role in educating the younger generation in the 
spirit of humanity. 
The Importance of Critical Thinking
Further improvement of the system of preschool 
education in the Republic of Uzbekistan, strengthening the 
material and technical base, expanding the network of 
preschool educational institutions, providing qualified 
teachers, radically improving the level of preparation of 
children for school education, introduction of modern 
educational programs and technologies In order to create 
conditions for moral, aesthetic and physical development, 
the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted 
Resolution No. PQ-2707 of December 29, 2016 "On 
measures to further improve the system of preschool 
education in 2017-2021." (1.B.1-2)
In accordance with this, the 
Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan 
"On the organization of the Ministry of Preschool Education 
of the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated September 30, 2017 
No PP-3305. (2.B.4-5) 
Of course, the question 
arises as to why this ministry was established. So there is a 
need for it! 
Our research has shown that the changes, 
developments and observations in our country show that in 
the past, the activities of the Ministry of Public Education in 
cooperation with public administration and local authorities 
were largely limited to the development of school education.
In this regard, today we need to radically improve 
the activities of preschool education institutions, increase the 
coverage of preschool children across the country, learn best 
international practices, the creation of a modern system in all 
respects remains relevant.
Time.
We all know that taking into account the 
interests and aspirations of children, the issue of their 
development in the spirit of love for the motherland by 
providing them with comprehensive education in preschool, 
expanding their worldview, instilling national and universal 
values in their hearts and minds is lagging behind. requires a 
review of the management system of preschool education.
