In 2021, four educational auditoriums at the university were equipped with
“E-lectern,” and by 2022, the number increased to 38.
The total number of scientific projects is 8, showing a 35.0% increase compared to
2021, and these projects have been successfully implemented. Scientific articles by professors
and teachers were published in 922 publications, including 346 scientific journals (196 of
which were international), and 582 conference collections (106 of which were international
conferences). Additionally, 17 textbooks, 82 training manuals, and 120 monographs were
published, and 29 patents were obtained.
The number and quality of articles by professors in national and international scientific
journals have significantly increased. The active participation of professors, doctoral
students, and master’s students from the department in international grant projects, as well
as efforts to improve the quality of utilizing international scientific and technical databases
such as Scopus and ScienceDirect, have contributed to the increased use of intellectual
property tools by professors and teachers. Special attention is given to the development of
24 scientific research centers established in the departments, taking into account the priority
directions and characteristics of scientific activity. This includes providing educational
laboratories and other necessary material and technical resources to effectively establish the
activity of these research centers.
Undoubtedly, the attention given to the development of science has initiated a new
stage in the higher education field of our country. Therefore, as representatives of the science
and education field, we should respond adequately to such concerns using all our knowledge
and experience. We firmly believe that such hard work will yield results in due time.
During the conference held today, a considerable number of scientific articles were
presented by over 700 scientists, both from abroad and within our country. These articles are
abundant in valuable scientific content and provide important scientific insights. Now, the
challenge lies in collaboratively examining and putting into practice the issues and scientific
proposals highlighted in these articles.
In conclusion, I wish success in the conference’s proceedings, and I hope that this
conference will serve as a prelude to the great collaborative work our universities will
undertake in the future.
Thank you for your attention!
