If you wish, you may include to your application any other document that you think may be
relevant for the purposes of evaluation (e.g. GRE or GMAT, other language certificates, etc.).
Remember •
the committee will only assess documents uploaded through the online application system. Any
mandatory documents that are missing or only partially uploaded on the application deadline
shall result in the application not being considered;

documents must not be sent by post or email;

IMPORTANT! Language certificates must be obtained and uploaded necessarily within, and not
after, the deadline for each intake. Also, language certificates must be issued/registered within
no longer than 3 years from the relevant intake’s deadline.
ACADEMIC TITLE: To complete the admission procedure, it is also necessary to declare that you have, or are about to
obtain, a valid degree qualification, and list all the exams, the grades and (if you are a
student/graduate from an Italian University) the related Settori Scientifico-Disciplinari (scientific
disciplinary sector codes or SSD). More specifically, based on your situation at the time of the
application, you have to follow the instructions below:

Candidates graduated from the University of Bologna: if the qualification obtained at the
University of Bologna is confirmed, it is automatically included in the system and it is not
necessary to enter any other information related to your student records.

Candidates currently enrolled at the University of Bologna (laureandi): if the degree course
attended at the University of Bologna is confirmed, it is automatically proposed by the system
and it is not necessary to enter any other information related to your student records. For the
purposes of assessing the necessary requirements, only the exams registered within each
intake’s deadline will be considered.
