Research Methods: Throughout the study, comparative analyzes were performed between periods and countries, statistical data was collected, indicators were analyzed, results were then synthesized. Research Information: During the research, more than thirty books, magazines, websites were used. Research Restrictions: Few comprehensive sources about modern domestic insurance market and absence of investigations including the integration of insurance and management fields are constraints of the research. Research Results: As a consequence, new pillars of domestic insurance market have been identified, its position in comparison with post-soviet and developed countries has been revealed, problems that hinder the management of sector have been studied and the author has proposed several suggestions (solutions). Scientific-practical significance of the results: Comprehensive research of the latest insurance market information, also new (management) approach to insurance, synthesis of insurance-management-financial areas reflects the research’s scientific-practical significance.
