International Congress: Botanical research in Tropical Asia 6th – 11th December2015, Vientiane, Lao PDR
1 - Reminder concerning oral presentations and posters:
Reviewed and accepted abstracts are set on the Web site.
Oral presentation time: about 20 minutes + 10 minutes discussion. Keynote speakers’ communications time: 30 minutes, without any time for discussion. French and English are official languages of the congress. French oral presentations will be given with a PPT in English. Poster format: 120 cm high × 90 cm wide (vertically).
Material for presentation will be provided.
2 - Date and venue:
Congress will take place from 6th to 11th December 2015, at Lao Plaza Hotel, 63 Samsenethai Road, PO Box 6708, Vientiane, Lao PDR. Telephone: +(856 21) 218800-1.
3 - Registration fees: There are no fees for the participants and accompanying people.
Lunches and dinner of the closing ceremony are offered to participants.
Accompanying people have to pay for lunch and dinner; tickets will be sold at Registration desk (lunch: 15 $, dinner of the closing ceremony: 25 $).
