The article discourses upon the modern market relations and ethics. The author puts and analyzes the

formulates some essential ideas regarding market relations and ethical norms, which are in fact undermined if
companies strive for profit and display carelessness toward corporate social responsibility. In the author’s
opinion today transparency is not only the economic concept, it became the ethical idea.
