We agree with the following author's opinion about modeling the development of systems in
this type: "mathematical theory of bifurcation - studies possible networks of solutions. The
branching of solutions mathematically reflects the origin of a new structure at this bifurcation point.
This means that the theory of bifurcation reflects self-organizing processes to a certain extent" [7].
In short, socio-economic processes have a complex nonlinear feature, and the theory of
bifurcation has a certain methodological significance in its modeling.
In the practical activities carried out by the official ministries of the republic, enterprises and
institutions, self-management bodies and the youth social movement, there is always linear thinking
in the socio-economic, political and spiritual spheres, practical activities based on a linear model do
not always give the expected results, and at the same time, systematic and non-linear thinking,
nonlinear modeling, the need for a probabilistic approach is important.
It is appropriate to use linear and non-linear modeling together when conducting concrete
practical activities in socio-economic policy. When introducing foreign investments (opening of
enterprises, educational systems, etc.) into the republic, taking into account the risk of increasing
nonlinearity in the environment, it is necessary to preserve the importance of the linear approach,
that is, the spirit of loyalty to our nation, traditions, and national heritage with a long history.
Taking into account that the subjects operating practically in the social and economic
systems are limited by strict determinism in their activities, systemic problems can be formed as a
result of the complex relations of any specific complex field (neighborhood, entrepreneurship
education, upbringing, management, etc.) with other fields. For this reason, there is a need for
systematic thinking [8, 9], systematic analysis and systematic modeling.
In order to implement the priority tasks defined in the development strategy for the
development of the socio-economic system of our country, joint training of interdisciplinary
experts, and at the same time, in the training of mature personnel in higher educational institutions,
especially in the field of master's degree, special "Nonlinear economy", "Nonlinear economy"
Sociology", "Non-Linear Pedagogy", "Complexity Paradigm" teaching of subjects is a necessity of
the time.
