My job involves controlling budgets and making decisions, and the work is enjoyable and challenging. We got on really well in the office and outside. The problem is that I’m in the office almost every day, because my manager is always asking us to come in at weekends. I don’t want to say no, but the problem is that I hardly have any free time.
